Moz doesn’t take life too seriously, and knows full well the influential extent of her puppy eyes. When she isn’t ideating initiatives to foster studio culture and festivity, she loves being a landscape architect and unearthing the garden beds and parklands around the City of Port Phillip.

Being the only 4 legged member of the team, he’s all about being double the fun.

Design Director

Joe sits on a wealth of knowledge, boasting 12 years of experience crafting pixels professionally. He develops meaningful experiences through user insights, business storytelling and has a great passion for building brands. Throughout his career, he has successfully designed and delivered design visions, strategies and experiences across a multitude of brands.

Having a career that has spanned corporates an agencies, Joe has worked alongside and fostered relationships with executives, product owners, tech leads and brands locally and globally. Blending his love for design and nostalgic products, Joe founded THOK; an artisan mechanical keyboard company. In a short parcel of time, THOK has grown into a reputable brand within the mechanical keyboard industry.

Noor Gabrial


Noor is a man of the world having lived in New Zealand, the States, Qatar and finally calls Melbourne home. Drawing upon this wealth of global mobility, Noor joined the team with a handful of self-earned experiences and an eagerness to learn. Studying a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing and Management at Monash University, Noor gravitated towards creative and design streams.

In this hybrid space, Noor is able to unify his passion for good aesthetics and clean design with his witty wordplay. He has quickly picked up the tools of the trade and applied clever ideas to provide clients with fun, relevant and relatable content. Outside of work, Noor splits his time between his podcast, community work and playing soccer.
